 * NPTH's buildsystem now requires the REAL_GNU_TARGET_NAME (ie. with the
   libc being the suffix, eg. '*-musl' or '*-gnu') to be passed to
   `configure`, override CONFIGURE_ARGS to do so.
 * Switch to use pkg-config.
