sing-box: add necessary dependencies and cleanup Makefile

1. Add `kmod-inet-diag` as a dependency since it is needed for https://sing-box.sagernet.org/configuration/dns/rule/#process_name
2. Remove redundant `default n` (8bc72ea7be)
