Christian Marangi 8474ab1a28 privoxy: use PKG_NAME variable instead of hardcoding privoxy 
Use PKG_NAME in PKG_SOURCE AND PKG_BUILD_DIR instead of hardcoding to
privoxy to make the Makefile cleaner.
