Val Kulkov 06a529df35 subversion: add unixodbc dependency ...

Compile tested: LEDE HEAD

If unixodbc package is present in the environment, subversion
fails to compile due to missing dependencies.

Fixes the dependency on unixodbc if unixodbc package is selected.
