Daniel Golle d4d58fca4b cryptsetup: fix compilation with musl 1.2.4 
Similar to mdadm also cryptsetup now requires _LARGEFILE64_SOURCE.
Add -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE to TARGET_CFLAGS to fix compilation.
