Rui Salvaterra cb9229870e sqm-scripts: drop redundant dependency 
The kmod-sched-cake package already depends on kmod-sched-core, there's no need
for explicitly stating the dependency.

While at it, change PKG_RELEASE to $(AUTORELEASE).
