ruby: activate some of the extensions

This activates following extensions:
* io/nonblock
* io/wait
* openssl
* pathname
* ipper
* socket
* zlib

zlib and socket are required for gem so they should be just enabled
because otherwise it does not make sense to provide host gem at all.

The rest of extensions are activated to support compass.
