Hannu Nyman 1b0bd00838 collectd: Update to 5.4.1

-update collectd to the current release 5.4.1
-fix sigrok glib check (upstream patch after 5.4.1)

Note:
Changes are required also to luci-statistics in Luci source.

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
