Alexandru Ardelean 1ee71252e7 python-pip: remove windows binaries

Seem pip comes bundled with some Python libs.

Some more work will be needed to split them out of pip.
For now, some Windows executables are safe to remove.

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
