Michael Heimpold 9dd0bbf0a6 php8: update to 8.1.0 
Also update patches and remove obsolete ones.
We also need to add one to prevent mod_php to be enabled
by apxs in configuration file.

While at, remove the VARIANT setting for pecl extensions.
