Alexandru Ardelean bc85520865 openvswitch: use EXTRA_CFLAGS instead of KCFLAGS

The patch we've switched requires EXTRA_CFLAGS to be set instead of KCFLAGS.

OpenWrt packages feed

Description

This is the OpenWrt "packages"-feed containing community-maintained packages.

Usage

This feed is enabled by default. To install all its package definitions, run:

./scripts/feeds update packages
./scripts/feeds install -a -p packages
